About VelocityIndex: we build an AI-powered indexing platform that helps websites get their pages discovered by search engines faster. Instead of waiting days or weeks for crawlers to find new content, VelocityIndex submits your URLs directly to search engines and tracks the status of every submission.

About VelocityIndex — What We Built
The platform consists of three connected parts:
- The WordPress plugin — connects your site to the platform, submits new and updated URLs automatically, and reports indexing status back to your dashboard.
- The REST API — lets developers submit URLs, check statuses and manage sites programmatically from any stack.
- The customer dashboard — one place to manage sites, review submission history, monitor indexing status and configure integrations.

How It Works
When you submit a URL, VelocityIndex runs an AI-powered pre-analysis to flag common indexing blockers, then pushes the URL to supported search engines — including Google, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Baidu — through their official submission channels and the IndexNow protocol. You can follow every step of the pipeline from the dashboard and export full submission reports.
Who We Serve
VelocityIndex is built for site owners who publish time-sensitive content, e-commerce stores adding products every day, publishers that cannot wait for organic crawl cycles, and agencies managing indexing for dozens of client sites at once.
Our Approach
About VelocityIndex there is one thing to know above all: we submit through official channels only — IndexNow and the search engines’ own APIs — and we report honestly. Submission gets your URLs in front of search engines fast, but each engine decides whether and when it indexes a page. We track those results per engine so you always see the real status.

Why We Built VelocityIndex
Getting new pages discovered by search engines is slow by default. We built VelocityIndex because site owners, agencies, and developers told us the same story: publish today, wait weeks, hope for the best. Our platform turns that waiting game into a measurable, automated process — you can read about the results across this site.

What Drives Us
Three principles guide every release: speed you can verify, integrations that work out of the box, and honest reporting — no vanity metrics, no invented guarantees. Everything you read about VelocityIndex on this page and elsewhere on the site reflects how the product actually behaves in production.
VelocityIndex is developed and operated by a small, dedicated team. You can meet the team or contact us any time.
What We Believe About Search Visibility
Indexing is the first mile of SEO, yet it is the step most tooling ignores. A page that is not indexed cannot rank, cannot convert, and cannot be measured. We think that is backwards. VelocityIndex exists so that the moment you publish, the clock starts — not days later when a crawler happens to pass by.
We keep the platform deliberately focused. Rather than becoming another all-in-one SEO suite, VelocityIndex concentrates on the submission, monitoring, and reporting pipeline for indexing. That focus is why the WordPress plugin, the dashboard, and the API share one consistent data model — what you see in one place is what the other places report too.

The Road Ahead
Our roadmap is shaped directly by customer feedback: broader engine coverage, deeper agency tooling, and more transparent reporting. If a feature would make your indexing workflow faster, we want to hear about it — the fastest way to reach us is the contact page.
