1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VelocityIndex (the “Service”), operated at velocityindex.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
VelocityIndex is an AI-powered search engine indexing platform that submits URLs to Google, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, and Baidu via their respective APIs. The Service includes a web dashboard, WordPress plugin, REST API, AI analysis tools, and analytics features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe, whose terms apply to payment processing.
- Free accounts include 2 URL submissions per month.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
- Yearly plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
- Boost packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once credits have been used.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as “Plan B Marketing”.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit URLs that contain malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Use the Service to spam search engines or manipulate search results
- Exceed your plan’s rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Share, resell, or redistribute your API key without an Agency plan
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. API Usage
- API access is subject to your plan’s rate limits and URL quotas.
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
- We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for abuse.
7. Search Engine Indexing
- VelocityIndex submits URLs to search engines on your behalf. We do not guarantee indexing — the final decision rests with each search engine.
- Submission is confirmed quickly; each search engine independently decides when to crawl and index a submitted URL. We do not guarantee indexing speed, indexing, or rankings.
- We are not responsible for search engines rejecting, delisting, or penalizing your URLs.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each search engine’s webmaster guidelines.
8. AI Analysis
Our AI Swarm Technology analyzes submitted URLs using third-party AI models. URL content (not personal data) may be processed by AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Cohere, and Perplexity. AI recommendations are advisory — you are responsible for implementing or ignoring them.
9. Agency Plans
- Agency plans allow managing multiple client websites under one account.
- White-label branding is available on Agency Pro and Agency Business plans.
- You are responsible for your clients’ compliance with these Terms of Service.
- Revenue sharing and sub-account features are subject to separate agency agreements.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is the intellectual property of VelocityIndex. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITYINDEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, RANKINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
13. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts in Bulgaria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their own EU country of residence continue to apply.
